The University of Maryland Statistics Consortium Institute of Mathematical Statistics (IMS) Office of Research and Methodology, National Center for Health Statistics, CDC Survey Research Methods Section, American Statistical Association Washington Statistical Society The main purpose of the workshop is to assess the current state of usage of the Bayesian methodology in different disciplines and to discuss potential issues preventing the applications of the Bayesian methods. The technical sessions that are scheduled to be held in the Mathematics building are now FULLY SUBSCRIBED and we are unable to accept any new registration. The STATISTICS CONSORTIUM DISTINGUISHED LECTURES (3:15-5:30PM, April 30), POSTER SESSION and RECEPTION (5:30-7PM, April 30) to be held in the business school are open to the public WITHOUT any registration and all are welcome. Please note that the poster session will be held during the reception in a room adjacent to the room for reception so one can easily attend both events.
